Only minutes away from the beach, the brief was simple, “to create two picture-perfect homes for young families” incorporating good design, beautiful spaces and cost-effective construction, ensuring the design would be executed to meet future buyers’ expectations whilst keeping overall costs down.

The design brief and location lent itself to create two contemporary Hampton style homes, paying contemporary homage to a much loved traditional style.

Creating points of interest within both dwellings, utilizing spaces for sitting nooks, study nooks, and pantry nooks, was paramount enabling us to maximize every millimeter of both dwellings resulting in two spacious town units equipped with all the modern-day comms.
