Located on a corner allotment with a heritage overlay, the Fitzroy heritage home had many Planning compliances to comply with whilst fulfilling our clients wish list requirements. With a land size of 169m2 we managed to create an inner city oasis fit for a small growing family, maximising the existing footprint and clever design ensured rear additions to be orientated North, maximising solar efficiency to the limited and existing orientation of the site.

The timber slatted glass link connects existing and new seamlessly, bridging and respecting past and present design.
