The 2044m2 property consists of a back drop of the 100 Acres reserve the design warranted for vistas of the serene reserve from every possible space within the design.

The natural terrain and sloping site called for a split level design, locating living quarters and a pavilion style alfresco area to the rear, with infinity pool capturing the natural flora and fauna reserve.

Upon entry, the idea was to capture glimpses beyond, of the cascading infinity pool and 100 Acres reserve, whilst as walking through, incorporating Japanese landscaped scenes along the split level corridor.

During design, each room was carefully located ensuring garden views, maximized natural light, and seamless integration between spaces.
