Located within Armadale’s leafy streets, the existing heritage home additions were in need of upgrading and updating. Retaining the existing heritage aspects and enhancing the flow of the spaces whilst utilizing the existing footprint was paramount.
The existing Beautiful Heritage home, with its soaring ceilings, deserved the same homage within the additions, hence incorporating a light filled void over the Kitchen and dining areas, respecting the existing spaces.
Creating zoned living spaces internally and externally ensured the home was not only reinvigorated for daily life but also for entertaining within the property.

The existing first-floor spaces were reshuffled and reconfigured to allow for a separate kid’s zone, whilst the external cladding selected complemented the existing heritage dwelling.

A new Garage, Alfresco and pool area are seamlessly integrated into the design adding to the luxurious feel and finish executing the client brief.
